What Manning Outreach does
It connects Manning residents to the public information that affects them: local meetings, public money, decisions, and the records behind them. Every explanation points back to a source document.
The rules we work by
- No receipt, no public fact claim. If there is no source, it is an open question, not a fact.
- We say what a record does not show. Every card lists its limits.
- A budget is not a payment. Money is tracked through its whole life.
- Unspent money is not savings. Those are different things, labelled differently.
- Community discussion is not verified evidence. The board is clearly separated from the record.
